Basic knowledge of woolen sweater

1. General

Woolen sweater has the characteristics of strong extensibility, good elasticity, comfortable wearing, convenient action and good warmth retention. 2. Production assistance

Although there are many varieties of woolen sweaters, the production procedures are basically the same, which is roughly divided into three steps: preparation, weaving and patterning
Clothes. Woolen sweater belongs to weft knitted fabric. There are two kinds of knitting machines: flat knitting machine and round knitting machine. At present, flat knitting machines are widely used in China. General process flow of flat knitting machine products:
Colored wool yarn - yarn inspection → winding - flat knitting machine weaving → semi-finished product inspection - clothing (cutting and sewing) - finished product shaping → finishing - finished product inspection.

The difference between the process of dyed woolen sweater and colored yarn woven woolen sweater is that the original white yarn is used to weave the garment, then the garment is dyed, and then the finished product is shaped. The other factory processes are basically the same. The wool sweater is dyed with acid, weak acid and reactive dyes, and bleached with bleaching powder and hydrogen peroxide

According to the requirements of different varieties of cashmere sweaters, after the garment process, some still need to carry out finishing and modification processes such as wool drawing, cashmere shrinking, embroidery and applique.

3. Purpose

Sheep sweater feels soft. It is elastic in speech, good in warmth retention, novel in style, gorgeous in color and suitable for wearing. It is mainly used for Chinese clothes or coats in spring, autumn and winter, and has the function of decoration and beautification.
